Each year, Grieg BC donates approximately $100,000 to local causes like wild salmon enhancement, arts & culture, youth sports, Indigenous initiatives, education, and community events.

Community stories

Salmon Farmers Donate Equivalent of 200,000 meals to Food Banks BC

Salmon farmers in BC have joined forces to help the province’s food banks feed families during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grieg, Cermaq partner with Food Banks Canada to donate 120,000 cans of salmon

Today the BC Salmon Farmers Association (BCSFA) announced a new national salmon donation initiative with Food Banks Canada to feed Canadian families during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grieg Seafood BC donates 50 salmon to MARS Wildlife Rescue Centre

The MARS Wildlife Rescue Centre in Merville now has a fully stocked freezer thanks to Grieg Seafood BC. It recently donated 50 salmon to the centre to help feed its patients.
