Grieg Seafood BC Ltd., a dynamic and growing company in the Aquaculture industry, is seeking to hire a permanent full-time Area Manager. Reporting to the Saltwater Production Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the farm sites in a designated area, ensuring company production goals and financial targets are met. The Area Manager is also responsible for compliance with all government and agency regulations and adherence to company policies, procedures and protocol as they relate to fish health, production and employee relations. The Area Manager is based out of the Campbell River office, working 40 hours on average per week, Monday to Friday. They are expected to regularly visit the sea sites in their area and lead a team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Technicians.
