We believe that good relationships are important when it comes to sales. A solid sales organization is not only built on products, but on trust and long-term partnerships with customers. Our sales strategy is therefore strongly relationship-oriented, and we want customers to see us as a reliable partner in the face of developments in the various markets. To achieve this, we depend on our skilled and committed employees, who go the extra mile every day to meet our customers' needs. Their passion, dedication and ability to adapt, allow us to build long-term relationships - and we see that this is an important reason why our regular customers continue to choose us as a partner.
We find that this approach opens a valuable dialogue - which gives us good conditions for understanding our customers' different needs and challenges. Whether we work with importers, distributors or retailers, we also find that this gives us the opportunity to react quickly to market changes and adapt to the changing requirements of an increasingly globalized and dynamic seafood industry.
Structure and close work with the markets
Our sales organization currently consists of 42 employees, divided into four departments: sales, logistics and planning, processing, and business support. The various departments work strategically to strengthen our position in the market, with the goal of increasing the visibility of our brand throughout the value chain. An important goal for the future is to continue the processing of our products and produce more semi-processed products that meet the needs and preferences of the market.
In a relatively small industry like ours, we depend on a good reputation. Our employees are our face to the outside world, and our marketing work is largely done through face-to-face meetings – whether it is at customer visits, seafood fairs, local fish markets or other industry arenas. Our salespeople do an outstanding job in meeting customers. We see that their passion, service attitude and ability to build strong relationships not only create value for customers, but are also reflected in the results we achieve together.
Quality in every aspect
For both potential and established customers, quality is the main focus, and we see this as a great advantage. One of the most important tasks of the sales organization is to ensure that the high quality is maintained throughout the entire value chain. All departments work closely with both farming and packing and therefore have in-depth knowledge of the entire production process. With 100% traceability from roe to smolt and further throughout the entire process, we can guarantee that the food we deliver is safe, responsible and sustainable.
We are also transparent about all our production methods and ensure that our standards and results are communicated to our customers. The salmon produced in our facilities is tested for environmental contaminants – and meets the strictest safety standards for human consumption.
Logistics and sustainability
Logistics plays an important role in our organization, not only to ensure fast and reliable delivery, but as a central part of our sustainability work. Efficient logistics is crucial to reducing our carbon footprint while maintaining the quality of our products throughout the entire transport process. We place great importance on choosing good transport services, and we thoroughly review all potential partners, both externally and internally. We set high standards for ethics, transport safety and social responsibility in all our partnerships – and we challenge them to always prioritize transport solutions with the lowest possible environmental impact. The goal is to ensure that every step of the delivery is in line with our sustainable values, thereby contributing to a responsible and efficient supply chain.
