Grieg Seafood BC to host Operation Updates Nov. 17 and 18

The meetings will provide an overview of Grieg's current operations to elected officials and regional districts on Northern Vancouver Island

On Wednesday, November 17, and Thursday November 18, Grieg Seafood BC will be hosting two separate virtual Operation Update meetings. The meetings will provide an overview of current operations, as well as allow for questions and feedback from the elected officials.

The first meeting on Nov. 17 will be for the Regional District of Mount Waddington (RDMW), and elected representatives from communities within that region – such as Port McNeill. The meeting will run from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and will be available for public viewing. The Zoom link to Wednesday’s meeting is: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_-D8Nm5tdTPWz-kdsKmcY-g

The second, on Nov. 18, will be for the Strathcona Regional District, and elected officials from communities within that region – such as Campbell River, Gold River, Tahsis and Zeballos. The meeting will also run from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and will be available for public viewing. The Zoom link for Thursday’s meeting is: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_ME2TJHJTTWi5ADeWEjTCpg

As this is an update specifically for elected officials, questions and participation during the meeting will be reserved for those officials on the call; however, questions from the public can be sent to community.relations@griegseafood.com before, during or after the Zoom meeting.

We will respond to these questions separately following the operational updates.
