On the passing of Elder Max Savey of the Mowachaht Muchalaht First Nation
Grieg Seafood wishes to acknowledge the passing of Elder Max Savey of the Mowachaht Muchalaht First Nation who operated a water taxi business along the west coast of Vancouver Island from Gold River.
For many years Elder Max Savey safely transported our employees to work and back home again, for which we'll always be grateful.
We express our condolences to the Savey family and their extended families, Tyee Ha'wilth Mike Maquinna and the Council of Chiefs, the entire Mowachaht Muchalaht community and their relations.
